A 100% distributed team of French-speaking engineers, bringing together the best talent (Tunisia, Canada, France, Morocco, Malta…) to design, develop and operate the digital projects of agencies and companies in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and North America.

An international team without borders

At iones, we are driven by a simple conviction: the best projects come from the meeting of impeccable technical standards and exceptional talent, no matter where they are.

Our head office is in Tunis, but our teams work fully remotely: we recruit our experts solely on their technical and human merit – from Tunis to Montreal, via Sousse, Mahdia, France, Morocco or Malta. This 100% distributed organisation lets us bring together the best French-speaking skills to offer total flexibility and constant proximity to our clients.

01 History & mission

Who we are

iones was born from an observation: outsourcing can be demanding, smooth and fully integrated, without the usual compromises of low-cost or the rigidity of a fixed organisation. Our founders, who come from large French companies, combined their project management culture and their demand for quality to build this agile, decentralised model.

The result is an international structure where methodological rigour meets a diversity of talent, with one constant goal: to deliver what was promised, within the stated deadlines.
