We work from your design and your functional scope. Before writing the first line of code, we agree together the front-end and back-end split, the architecture, the estimated backlog and a detailed schedule. You know what will be delivered, when, and by whom.

During the project, you stay in control: a demonstration at the end of each sprint, a regular steering committee, access to the code repository and to ticket tracking. If you wish, we work under white label, so your clients have a single point of contact: you.
