Production

Our production chain with AI

We write faster, but we check no less.

45% fewer development days, with stronger project management and testing.

AI speeds up writing and testing. Validation stays human: ours first, then yours. You follow every step in CeliFlow, with Pro access, AI assistant included.

01 The chain

Nine steps, from the CeliFlow card to client validation

Three stages, always in the same order: write, test, validate.

Steps 01 to 04

Write and integrate

AI speeds up the writing. The repository, the pipeline and staging keep what it produces in check.

  1. AI

    AI-assisted development

Everything starts from the CeliFlow card: the need, its acceptance criteria, its attachments, the project guidelines. The developer gives this context to the AI and steers what it writes.

  2. Git

    Git repository

The code joins the project repository, on GitHub or GitLab, in a branch that carries the card key: every change stays tied to the need that prompted it.

  3. Pipeline

    Automated test suite

Each time code is pushed, the pipeline runs the automated test suite, with no manual intervention.

  4. Staging

    Staging update

Staging receives the new version, and the tests that follow take place there. The update is linked to CeliFlow: the card and staging move forward together.

From commit to deployment: every merge triggers the same sequence of build, test and deployment.

Steps 05 to 07

Test

Two passes handled by agents, then a human test. What was built is compared with what was asked for.

  1. Agent

    Functional tests

An agent runs the functional tests: it goes through the planned user journeys and flags anything that does not behave as expected.

  2. Agent

    Conformity tests

An agent runs the conformity tests: it compares what is delivered with the mock-ups, the texts and the expected fields.

  3. Human

    Human test

A member of the team then tests in turn. The agents check what is written; the team member judges how it feels in use.

A friction point spotted on a user journey, fixed, then checked again: verified, not assumed.

Steps 08 and 09

Validate

Pre-production first, your validation next. The last step of the chain is yours.

  1. Pipeline

    Move to pre-production

What has passed the tests goes to pre-production, again through a pipeline: the same automated path, with no manual handling.

  2. Client

    Client validation

You try the pre-production version and approve it. In CeliFlow, the card waits in “Client acceptance” before moving to “Done”.

From specification to acceptance testing: every requirement has its test and its proof.

02 Your tracking

You follow every card in CeliFlow

CeliFlow is the project tracking tool we use to run your developments. One card per need, one column per state: you see where each request stands, without waiting for the next progress update.

  1. BacklogRequests waiting
  2. To doReady to start
  3. In progressIn development
  4. ReviewBeing reviewed
  5. TestsBeing tested
  6. Client acceptanceYour approval
  7. DoneApproved

The columns of a project taken through to validation. A card moves through them from left to right.

Your access

CeliFlow Pro access, AI assistant included

You are not looking over our shoulder at our tool: you have your own Pro access, and CeliFlow’s AI assistant works for you too.

Day to day

  • A live, up-to-date board

Each card sits in the column that matches its actual state, and every change appears on your side without reloading the page. The same cards can also be read as a list, a Gantt chart or a calendar.

  • In-app notifications

A card created or changed on your project, a mention, a card assigned to you: the bell alerts you live.

  • Your comments on the card

You comment and mention the team on the relevant card. The question stays attached to the need, with its full history.

  • An assistant that reads the board

“What is behind schedule on this board?” You put the question to the AI assistant: it answers from the cards.

Your reports

  • The report, on demand

For the period of your choice, the AI writes the board report for you: delivered in the period, in progress, coming up, and the points that need your feedback.

  • A card summary

A long discussion on a card? The assistant sums it up in a few lines.

  • The progress report

A dated status update whose figures are read live from the board: progress, upcoming deadlines, late cards, items to watch.

  • A report on every development

At the end of an AI-assisted development, a report is published on the card: what was done, how to test it, open points.

In CeliFlow, the AI proposes and you decide: nothing is written to the board without a click.

Cards move from column to column. The work-in-progress limit stops too many being opened at once.
