    Scope, dataset, duration and success criteria are fixed before we start. What we measure is decided in advance, not afterwards.

    Figures recorded under lab conditions, on cases drawn from our own work. We publish disappointing results just like the others.

    A verdict

    Adopted, retained subject to conditions or discarded. And what we actually do with it in our teams and for our clients.
